Processing & Shipping

General Information

We work to process and ship out orders by 4PM (CT) on the same day or the following business day after your order has been placed. If you place your order Monday-Thur after 4PM (CT) your order will be shipped the following business day. For weekend orders, your order is typically sent out on the following Monday, except on national holidays. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed, and another once your order ships with tracking information included.

  • Tracking for your order is sent to the email you provided once your order has shipped out or on the following day. If you have not received order tracking information in the email inbox you provided to us, please check your spam folder.
  • Tracking updates are available usually within 1 or 2 days after shipment depending on USPS processing times.
  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct. Please verify you have provided the correct shipping information before submitting your order. Contact us immediately via e-mail, text, or Instagram DM to correct the issue prior to shipping.
  • If there is an issue with any items in your order (ex: item(s) out of stock), we will contact you to resolve the issue. Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you if this happens.

Domestic

  • On our site, we currently only offer USPS First-Class shipping at a flat rate shipping fee of $6.50 for domestic orders.
  • Once your order has shipped, you should typically receive your package between 1-3 business days depending on the shipping destination and whether or not USPS is experiencing any delays with their processing times.

International

  • On our site, we currently only offer First-Class Package International Service at a flat rate shipping fee of $16.50 for international orders.
  • Once your order has shipped, we recommend you continue to monitor your tracking status as shipping times vary based on shipping destination, customs, and whether or not USPS is experiencing any delays with their processing times.
